Jaclyn, a Long Island native, created First Impression: Resumé & Cover Letter Design upon graduating college in 2010. She has always had a passion for writing and was a newspaper editor and staff writer for four years. She attended The College of Mount Saint Vincent in New York City where she received her Bachelor of Arts and then attended Canisius College in Buffalo where she earned her Master's Degree. Over the years she has been published in a variety of books and is currently in the process of writing her own series for children.
Since being in business, she has created resumés and cover letters for people all over the country and in various career fields. What sets her apart from other big companies is her personable nature.
